The most enjoyable part of the job for me was the friendships I made with team members at the casino and with customers. CONFEDERATED TRIBES OF GRAND RONDE PROFESSIONAL AUDITING SERVICES. The casino manager would usually recognize that we could not be at so many places at one time and to their credit would step up and help us out.with the issues. Pursuant to the Tribes inherent sovereign authority to self-governance, the Grand Ronde Tribal Council enacted The Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO), Resolution 192-13, on Novem. The hardest part of the job was when many of things would happen at the same time with only two officers. We also had to do reports on any thing that happened in the casino. This included lost and found, theft, anything to do with the slot machines, placed in or out of service, part replacements, testing, lost money or credits. Our duties included but not limited to verification of taxable jackpots, accompany and verify the payout, signing in and out of keys, We handled customer complaints, accidents, customer disputes and investigated any unusual events reported to us by surveillance inside or out side of the casino. To start off there were only two security officers on duty per shift with the exception of when there was a drop.
